Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure projects are delivered on budget, on time, and at a Thoughtforms level of quality, continually synthesizing and communicating available data/inputs to ensure client decisions are informed by the most current information available.</li><li>Manage and control project finances, including establishing control estimates, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and communicating costs to clients.</li><li>Bid and subcontract work and verify/process subcontractor and vendor invoices.</li><li>Lead and document weekly project coordination meetings with clients, architects, and other project partners.</li><li>Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and regularly communicate progress to clients and internal teams.</li><li>Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.</li><li>Establish strong relationships with co-workers, design team, and clients, ensuring effective collaboration and client satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain Thoughtforms' reputation for excellence by consistently performing at a high level and setting a professional example.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in high-end residential construction.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other project partners.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.</li><li>Advanced financial management experience, including budgeting and construction software proficiency (e.g., Timberline/Sage, Procore).</li><li>Experience reviewing plans and specifications, both hard copy and digital, and ensuring subcontractor bids are comprehensive and subcontractor billing reflects actual progress.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil or systems engineering, or architecture preferred.</li><li>LEED, PHIUS and PMP certification and Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License are all a plus.</li></ul>Salary and Benefits:<ul><li>Full Time</li><li>Base salary range of $80,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.</li><li>Medical</li><li>Dental&nbsp;</li><li>Vision</li><li>Long/Short-Term Disability insurance</li><li>PTO in addition to holidays</li><li>401K and profit sharing</li></ul>
