Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage on-site construction from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards as well as compliance with safety regulations and building codes.</li><li>Establish strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and other project partners to ensure project goals and specifications are met.</li><li>Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and address any issues or delays promptly.</li><li>Manage project documentation, including permits, RFIs, and progress reports.</li><li>Schedule work efficiently, considering critical sequences and milestones.</li><li>Uphold Thoughtforms' reputation for excellence, service, and collaboration.</li><li>Promote respect for team members and clients.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized site.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Advanced knowledge of trades (hands-on experience in carpentry is a plus) and a current Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License.</li><li>Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or a similar role in construction.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Experience reviewing plans and specifications (hard copy and digital).</li><li>Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work closely with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, regulatory officials, and other partners.</li><li>Strong leadership and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore) and Microsoft Office.&nbsp;</li><li>LEED, PHIUS, OSHA, and other relevant certifications and licenses are a plus.</li><li>A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil or systems engineering, or architecture is a plus.</li></ul>Salary and Benefits:<ul><li>Full Time</li><li>Base salary range of $85,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.</li><li>Medical</li><li>Dental</li><li>Vision</li><li>Long/Short-Term Disability insurance</li><li>PTO in addition to holidays</li><li>401K and profit sharing</li></ul>
