We're looking to hire a Woodworker/Shop Carpenter to fabricate unique millwork items in our shop. If you take pride in precision woodworking and high-quality finishes, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Build mock-ups, mouldings, and doors
• Build custom cabinetry, millwork, and architectural woodwork
• Read and follow shop drawings and specifications
• Perform precision cutting, assembly, and finishing work
• Maintain high quality standards and attention to detail
• Help improve shop workflow, productivity, and material use
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
• Collaborate with supervisors and project teams

What We're Looking For

• 5 to 10 years experience both on jobsites as a carpenter and as a woodworker in a shop environment.
• Good Residential Construction knowledge
• Strong woodworking and fabrication skills
• Ability to read plans and execute precise work
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-Time
• $34 to $37 hour (based on experience)
