Thoughtforms is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee on-site residential construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring work meets quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project partners
• Monitor progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve issues or delays
• Maintain project documentation (permits, RFIs, reports)
• Develop and manage construction schedules and sequencing
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (required)
• Experience in residential construction supervision or similar role
• Knowledge of building trades (carpentry experience preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore) and Microsoft Office
• OSHA, LEED, PHIUS, or similar certifications (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred)

Job Details

• Full-time, W-2 position
• On-site role (no remote work)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $85,000 to $130,000 per year (based on experience)
